Ingredients Part 2: 1 Tsp of Baking Soda 1 Tsp of Baking Power 1 Egg 1 Cup of Buttermilk |

1. Combine ingredients from "Ingredients Part 1". Mix until crumbly. 2. Reserve 1/2 cup of above for topping. 3. To this add cinnamon. 4. Combine ingredients from "Ingredients Part 2", then add to first mixture. 5. Blend together but DO NOT over mix. 6. Put in a greased 9x13" pan. 7. Sprinkle cinnamon crumb topping over the top of the batter. 8. Bake in the over at 360 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 9. Eat and enjoy! |
